Rick is a Civil Engineer at TEC, Inc. where he is responsible for managing commercial, retail, residential, and mixed-use land development projects through the planning, permitting, design, and construction phases. Rick is a current Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He first learned the game of rugby from the University of New Hampshire, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.  Rick is the Men’s College Division III Director for the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU). He also actively plays for Charles River Rugby where he is Vice President and a Captain.
